In order to register a trademark in Turkey you need to provide
a) Information through our Trademark Application form;
The following information should be entered in the Trademark Application form:

Owner Information
Details of the individual or company that holds the Trademark. |

b) Power of Attorney
After you request the Trademark Registration, Egemark will send you a Power of Attorney document. The Power of Attorney is needed so we can represent you before the Trademark Office.
